Thai Culinary Consultant Co., Ltd. is the leading culinary consultant in
Thailand. The organization was founded in 1996 and has mainly been involved in
organizing culinary events and basic cook training courses throughout Thailand.
We are experts in basic training of cooks and chefs as well as advanced
program's for chefs in Menu orthography, Recipe and menu calculation. Our strong
points are the multi visual methods used including videos, slide shows and
on-the- job practical training we provide. We are experienced in promoting new
product-lines direct to the Chefs in Thailand and abroad, due our connection
with the World Association of Cooks Societies (WACS). Having been in the food
production over three decades, a vast experience of what the market needs is

Principal Synopsis
Master Chef Marco Brüschweiler founded the company in 1996 after
extensive travels around the world. Chef Marco left his Swiss
Mountains
early to take up his first overseas position at the President Hotel in
Johannesburg/South Africa, he then moved on to assignments with Chalet Swiss in
Miami/USA, Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines, Holiday Inn Hotel & Swissair Catering
in Cairo/Egypt, Casino in Lucerne/Switzerland, Casino & Hotels in Sun City/South
Africa. Now he has selected Thailand as his new home country, where he worked in
some of Bangkok leading Hotels for many years. During his time in Thailand he
developed a pool of Thai Culinary Professional of the highest degree and now
employ's their expertise to assist him in successfully conducting Overseas Thai
Food Promotions. Local and overseas training seminars, mainly in Thai and other
Asian cuisines
Besides being the Managing Director of "Thai Culinary Consultant" and Director
of the newly opened Thai-Swiss Culinary Education Center in Bangkok, Chef Marco
has been at the forefront of the Thai Chef's Association, having been their
president from 1992 - 2000 and is know their honorary culinary arts and oversea
adviser. He served as well as the Assistant Director of WACS (World Association
of Cook Societies) for the Asian Continent from 1996 - 1999.
