Thai Cook Certificates

(This certificate does not automatically entitles the holder for a work permit in any foreign Country)

Level 1= Commis Cook

Level 2= Chef de Partie

Level 3= Thai Chef

The purpose of these Certificates is to give Thai Cooks a recognized proof about their professionalism. It proofs the theoretical knowledge about Thai cooking, hygiene, nutrition and recipe costing. Further it confirms that the contestant has proven his ability to prepare a Thai menu according to the rules set by the Thai Chefs' Association and their members.

Proven Working Experiences for the above Levels are:

• Copy of Hotel school certificates
• Copy of any other professional certificates

• 25 questions multipurpose choice in Hygiene and sanitation
• 25 questions multipurpose choice in Thai food
• 25 questions multipurpose choice in Food knowledge
• 25 questions multipurpose choice in cooking knowledge
• 30 minutes for menu calculation & costing

Fruit & Vegetable carving for 30 minutes

7 course Thai set menu cooking, Starter, soup, curry, meat dish, vegetable, noodle or rice dish, dessert

The certification will be guaranteed by achieving a minimum of 70 % of the total 600 maximum points. Thai Cook level 3 are so far recognized by the following organizations;

• German Labour Department
• Various Swiss Labour Department
• Thai Skills Development Department

This certificate is required to apply for a working visa in the following countries of Germany, Switzerland, Austria, England and Holland.

The course cost are 12'000.- THB

การทดสอบใบประกาศนียบัตรอาหารไทย

Certification of cook

ผู้ที่จะทำการทดสอบอาหารไทยเพื่อรับใบประกาศนียบัตรนั้น การเตรียมตัวและเอกสารประกอบการทดสอบดังนี้

1.     ระดับการศึกษา

-          ผู้ทดสอบที่สำเร็จการศึกษาขั้นต่ำระดับประถมศึกษาชั้นปีที่ 6 (ป.6) ต้องมีประสบการณ์การทำงานเกี่ยวกับอาหารไทยไม่น้อยกว่า 5 ปีตามภัตตาคาร โรงแรม หรือสถานทำงานอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง หรือ

-          ผู้ทดสอบที่สำเร็จการศึกษาขั้นต่ำระดับมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น (ม.3) ต้องมีประสบการณ์การทำงานเกี่ยวกับอาหารไทยไม่น้อยกว่า 3 ปีตามภัตตาคาร โรงแรม หรือสถานที่ต่างๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง หรือ

-          ผู้ทดสอบที่สำเร็จการศึกษาขั้นต่ำระดับมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลาย (ม.6) หรือระดับวิทยาลัยหรือระดับปริญญาตรีต้องมีประสบการณ์การทำงานเกี่ยวกับอาหารไทยไม่น้อยกว่า 2 ปีตามภัตตาคาร โรงแรม หรือสถานที่ต่างๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง

2.     เอกสารที่ต้องใช้ประกอบ

-          รูปถ่าย (ปัจจุบัน) 2 ใบ

-          สำเนาหนังสือเดินทาง (Passport) ที่มีอายุมากกว่า 6 เดือน

-          สำเนาใบรับรองการทำงาน

-          สำเนาว่าจ้างงานจากประเทศเยอรมันนี

-          สำเนาใบรับรองการศึกษา และ ใบประกาศนียบัตร หรือใบรับรองอื่นๆ

3.     ค่าธรรมเนียม

-          ค่าทดสอบ 2,000.00 (ชำระวันที่มาทดสอบ)

ค่าใบประกาศนียบัตร 10,000.00 (ชำระวันที่มารับใบประกาศนีบัตร)
