Serves 4 persons
Baby Bananas in Coconut Milk / GLUAY BUAT CHEE
Ripe Nam Waa bananas 10 pcs.
Coconut cream 1 cup
Coconut milk 3 cup
Sugar 1 cup
Salt 1 tsp.
Peel the bananas and cut into quarters.
Place the coconut-milk into a pot and bring to a boil, add the bananas and simmer over a medium heat until they are tender. Add now the salt and the sugar and stir until they are dissolved.
Add the coconut cream to individual small bowls, and place the cooked bananas in there. Serve this dessert lukewarm.
