Baked Rock-Cod in Tomato Sauce / PLAA GAU OB SOOS MAK-THET


Medium-size whole rock cod 500 gr. Butter 1 tbsp. Tomato sauce 1 cup White wine 1 tbsp. Fish sauce 1 1 tbsp. Sugar 1 tsp. Pepper 1 tsp. Onion, sliced 1 each Large tomato, sliced 1 each Green bell pepper, sliced 2 each Foil or whole banana leave some

Light butter an 8 � square piece of banana leave, or foil, and place the cleaned fish into the center. Mix the tomato sauce with the wine, add the fish sauce, sugar and pepper. Pour this mixture over the fish, and wrap into the leave. Place in a oven proofed dish and bake in the oven by 180- 200 C for 15 – 20 minutes.
