Curried Shrimps / GAENG KAREE GOONG
Shelled and divined shrimps 500 gr.
Coconut milk 2 1 cups
Yellow curry paste 1 tbsp.
Fish sauce 1 tbsp.
Salt 1 tsp.
Sugar 1 1 tsp.
Cherry tomatoes 1 cup
Fresh chilies, deseeded and sliced 2 pcs.
Put 3 cups of coconut milk into a wok or pan, constantly,
Add the curry paste, stir well and simmer for 10 minutes. Then, add the fish sauce, sugar, salt and remaining coconut milk and simmer for 10 more minutes and stirring regularly.
Finally, put the cherry tomatoes, prawns and chilies, bring to a boil, and remove from heat.
Serve with cucumber relish.
