Serves 4 persons
Fried Fish-cakes / TOD MAN PLAA
White fish meat, minced or chopped 500 gr.
Red curry paste 1 tbsp.
Egg 1 piece
Yard-long bean, sliced fine 1 cup
Kaffir lime leaves, minced or chopped 3 tbsp.
Salt 1 tsp.
Sugar 1 tsp.
Vegetable oil 3 cup
Put the entire ingredient in a large bowl and mix well with the hand.
Spoon the mixture 2 tbsp. shape into small patties about 3 � in diameter and deep fry in vegetable oil until golden bronw.
Serve with peanut sweet chilli sauce.
Use cucumber relish and add 1 cup sliced shallot and 1 cup freshly ground peanuts.
