Serves 4 persons
Fried Pork meatballs / LOOK CHIN MOO KROB
Ground pork 2 cups
Salt 1 tsp.
Fish sauce 1 tbsp.
Pepper 1 tsp.
Well-pounded garlic 1 tbsp.
Well-pounded coriander root 2 tsp.
Water 2 tbsp.
Cooking oil 1 cup
Mix the pork, salt, fish sauce, pepper, garlic, coriander root and water together.
Take portions of the mixture of about 1-tsp. and form into meatballs.
Place the oil in a wok on medium heat. When the oil is hot, fry the meatballs until golden; then, remove and drain.
Serve with pineapple, tomato, and spring onions.
