Serves 4 person
Fried Pork on toast / KANOM PANG NA MOO
Slices toast bread 10 pcs.
Ground pork 1 1 cup
Beaten egg 1 piece
Light Soy sauce 1 tbsp.
Water 2 tbsp.
Finely chopped coriander root 1 tsp.
Pepper 1 tsp.
Garlic 5 cloves
Coriander green 1 spring
Finely sliced red chili 1 piece
Cooking oil 4 cup
Blend the pork with half of egg then add soy sauce. Pound the coriander root, pepper and garlic well in motor and then knead into pork mixture, add the water.
Cut the slice bread into quarter. Dry by heating in low oven. Place 1 tbsp. of pork spread on each piece of bread and spread it so that it mound in the center and slope smoothly right to the edges. Smear the spread with coriander green and slices of red chill.
Heat the oil in a work. When hot, fry the pieces of bread spread-side downward until golden brown; remove from the oil and drain.
Serve with slices of fresh cucumber or with cucumber relish
