Serves 4 persons
Beaten eggs steamed with Pork / KAI DUN SAI MOO
Eggs 2 pcs.
Thinly sliced shallot 1 tbsp.
Chicken stock 1 cup
Pepper 1 tsp.
Light soy sauce 2 tbsp.
Salt 1 tsp.
Prawn, shelled and de veined 3 pcs.
Ground pork 3 tbsp.
Coriander green 1 root
Beat the eggs in a mixing bowl, add the shallot, and then add the stock. Add the pepper, light soy sauce and salt, stirring with a fork.
Divide the mixture into 3 portions. Put each portion in a small glass bowl.
Wrap each prawn with 1/3 of the pork.
Place the cups in a steamer when the water begun boiling. Steam until the egg mixture begun to cook. Place a prawn on the top, continue steaming for 15 minutes.
Remove the cups and sprinkle with chopped spring onion. Serve hot
