Fried Rice with Pork, Shrimp and Eggs / KHAO PHAD MOO-GOONG SAI KAI


KHAO PHAD MOO-GOONG SAI KAI Cooked rice 4 cups Pork 150 gr. Shrimp, shelled and divined 150 gr. Eggs 2 pcs. Cooking oil 1 cup Onion 1 piece Catsup 2 tbsp. Sugar 1 tbsp. Light soy sauce 3 tbsp. Cabbage 1 head Spur chili, sliced 1 piece Cucumbers 2 pcs. Spring onions 6 plants Lettuce 1 plant lime 1 piece

Cut the pork into small pieces and marinate in 1 tbsp. Light say sauce for a few minutes. Cut the onion into slices about 1/5 inch thick. Heat the oil in a wok; when the oil is hot, fry the onions and then the pork, shrimps, catsup, sugar, and soy sauce. Fry with stirring until the pork is done and then add the rice. Continue stirring the rice, scraping the bottom of the wok regularly to guard against sticking, until the desired degree of dryness is reached; then, spoon the rice from the wok. Return the wok to the heat, add 1 tbsp. of oil, allow it to heat and then break eggs into the wok. With the spatula, break, spread, and turn the eggs and when done, cut into strips. Add the fried rice, and mix well. Put the fried rice on a plate, shredded of chili and serve with cucumber, spring onion, cabbage, lettuce and wedges of lime.
