Serves 4 persons
Fried stuffed Chicken-wings / PIT GAI SOD SAI TOD
Chicken wings, de-boned 6 wings
Glass noodles, 1 cup
Chopped coriander greens 1 tbsp.
Sliced water chestnuts 1 cup
Salt 1 cup
Light soy sauce 1 tbsp.
Egg 2 pcs.
Chopped garlic 1 tbsp.
Wheat flour 1/3 cup
Ground pork 1 1 cup
Breadcrumbs 1 cup
Cooking oil 3 cups
Mix together the noodles soaked in warm water for 15 minutes and then cut into 1 inch pieces, coriander, chestnuts, one egg, garlic. 2 tbsp. flour, ground pork, salt and soy sauce and stuff this mixture into the chicken wings (not too fill).
Steam the chicken wings for 15 minutes; then, drain and cool.
Dredge chicken wings with the remaining flour. Beat the egg well. Dip the wings in the egg and then in the breadcrumbs. Deep fries them until golden brown.
Serve with sweet chilli sauce.
