Serves 4 persons
Fried sun-dried beef / NUEA DAP PRIEW
Round beef 400 gr.
Garlic bulb 1 bulb
Coriander roots 3 roots
Pepper 1 tsp.
Fish sauce 1 tbsp.
Oyster sauce 1 tbsp.
Whiskey 2 tbsp.
Sugar 1 tbsp.
Curry powder 1 tsp.
After washing the beef, cut it into slices about 1/3 inch thick.
Pound the garlic, coriander root, and pepper in a motor. Add the beef slices and work around in the mixture. Add the fish sauce, oyster sauce, whiskey, and sugar and curry power, mix well and allow marinating for 1 hour.
Arrange the slices of beef on a rack and leave in the sun for 4 hours. Turn occasionally.
Fry the sun-dried beef in hot oil and then drain.
