Garlic and Pepper Shrimp / GOONG PHAD KRATIEM PRIK THAI


Jumbo shrimps shelled de-veined 8-12 pcs. Chopped garlic 2 tbsp. Pepper 1 tsp. Fish sauce 1 1 tsp. Sugar 1 tbsp. Chopped coriander root 1 tbsp. Vegetable oil 4 tbsp. Chopped spring onion 1 cup Chopped or minced ginger 1 cup

In a wok or big frying pan, heat the oil over high heat. Fry the garlic, coriander root, pepper, sugar, fish sauce and prawns, stirring constantly. Cook for 2 minutes and then add the remaining ingredients, stir well, and remove from heat.
