Serves 4 persons
Glass noodle Soup / GAENG JEUD WOON SEN
Minced pork 250 gr.
Cooking oil 20 ml
Garlic sliced 5 cloves
Water 1 liter
Glass noodles, dry 60 gr.
Fish sauce 60 ml
Sliced cabbage 60 gr.
Spring onions sliced 2.5 cm 3 pcs.
Coriander leaves 20 gr.
White pepper ground 10 gr.
Marinade
Fish sauce 20 ml
Maggie seasoning sauce 20 ml
Garlic gloves minced 3 each
White peppers 5 gr.
Corn flour 15 gr.
Mix the marinade with the minced pork and mold small meat balls of 1 � diameter.
Heat the oil in a skilled and fry the sliced garlic until golden brown and crispy. Set aside.
Heat the water to a boil, add meatballs and simmer until they rise to the surface. Add other ingredients to the soup and boil again for 15 min. adjust seasoning, and serve the soup in a tureen , garnish with the crispy fried garlic.
