Grilled BBQ spare Ribs / SAI KROONG MOO YANG


SAI KROONG MOO-YANG Spareribs 1 kg Light soy sauce 3 tbsp. Whiskey 3 tbsp. Salt 1 tsp. Ground nutmeg 1 tsp. Ground cinnamon 1 tsp. Minced ginger 1 1 tbsp. Pepper 1 tsp.

Cut the spare ribs into pieces of about 5 � long and about 3 ribs wide. Sprinkle over the soy sauce and the this whiskey and add al the spices. Mix well to ensure all the ribs are well coated with. Marinade for over one hour. Grill the spare ribs over low heat until the meat is tender and golden brown. Cut the ribs into 2 � pieces and serve with pineapple chunks, spring onions and some lettuce leaves.
