Serves 4 persons
Grilled chicken Salad / YUM GAI YANG
Ingredients for spicy sauce dressing :
Ground chili 1 tsp.
Vinegar 2 tbsp.
Lime juice 2 tbsp.
Sugar 1 tsp.
Fish sauce 2 tbsp.
Salt 1 tsp.
Other ingredients :
Barbecued chicken 1 piece
Ground roasted peanuts 1 1 tbsp.
Spring onions, cut into short lengths 3 plants
Lettuce 3-4 leaves
Make up the dressing by mixing all ingredients and then heating to a boil. Add the peanuts.
Separate the chicken meat into small pieces.
Pour the dressing onto the chicken and stir lightly. Add the spring onions and stir again.
Spoon the salad onto a bed of lettuce arranged on a platter, serve with fresh vegetables, such as cabbage, tomato and onion. |
