Mock Pomegrantae Seeds in Syrup/ TAB TIM KROB


Water chestnuts, boiled , diced 60 grams Tapioca flour 1 cup Sugar 150 gr. Water (for syrup) 1 cup Coconut milk 1 cup Red food coloring 10 drops Crushed ice 2 cup

Place red food color in little water and soak the water-chestnuts cubes until all around colored. Remove them and them dust with the tapioca flour until they are completely coated with. Heat up some water and add the chestnut pieces, simmer them for 3 -5 minutes. Remove them , place in cold water, remove again and drain and path dry with a cloth. Boil the water with the sugar to a sweet syrup, allow to cool, then add the coconut milk, Place the chestnut chunks in individual dishes, add crushed ice and pour over the coconut syrup.
