Serves 4 persons
Pinneapple - Chicken Curry / GAENG SAP-PA-ROD GAI
Coconut milk 500 ml
Fresh cubed pineapples 250 gr.
Red curry paste 50 gr.
Fish sauce 50 ml
Sugar 30 gr.
Chicken meat cubed 1 � 300 gr.
Thai basil leaves 20 gr.
Combine all ingredients except the chicken in large wok and heat to a boil. Simmer for 5 minutes. Add the chicken cubes and simmer again until the chicken meat is soft. Adjust seasoning if necessary.
Serve with steamed jasmine rice |
