Raw grilled Beef Salad with Lime dressing / YUM NUEA


Beef Top-round 500 gr. Thinly sliced lemon grass 1 tbsp. Ground pan roasted rice 1 1 tbsp. Thinly sliced shallot 1 cup Mint leaves 1 cup Chopped coriander greens 1 cup Chopped spring onion 1 tbsp. Ground dried chili 1 tsp. Fish sauce 3 tbsp. Lime juice 4 1 tsp. Sugar 1 tsp. Lettuce 4 nice leaves Cabbage shredded 30 gr. Spring onion some nice stems

Grill beef to medium rate, then cut into thin strips about 1 inch wide. In a mixing bowl, toss all remaining ingredients, blend well, and add beef slices. Serve the beef salad with lettuce, cabbage, spring onion etc.
