Serves 4 persons
Savoury stir-fried Chicken / PHAD PRIK KHEE GAI
Sliced chicken breast 500 gr.
Phrik khing curry milk 1 tbsp.
Coconut oil 1 cup
Vegetable oil 3 tbsp.
Fish sauce 2 tbsp.
Sugar 1 tbsp.
Kaffir lime leaves, minced 4 leaves
Put oil into a wok over a medium heat. Add the phrink khing curry paste and stir well. Next add the coconut milk and chicken until chicken is done. Then add Kafir lime leaves, fish sauce and sugar to taste. Remove from heat, sprinkle with minced Kafir lime leaves and chili.
