Broiled Tunafish with Soy Sauce / PLAA YANG SII-IU


Firm-fleshed tuna fish weighing about 600 grams Light soy sauce 2 Tbsp. Lettuce 5 leaves Prickled carrot 40 gr. Chinese radish 40 gr.

Wash and clean the fish, allow to drain, grill over medium heat until done. Place on a serving dish and pour over the light soy sauce. Garnish with the lettuce the pickled carrots and Chinese radish
