Steamed Seabass with Lime Sauce / PLA KRAPONG NGN MANAU


Sea Bass weighing about 450 grams 1 piece Red chili, coarsely chopped 3 pcs. Chicken stock 1 cup Lime juice 3 tbsp. Light soy sauce 1 1 tbsp. Spring onions 2 springs Cloves of giant garlic 10 cloves

Scale, and wash the fish. Score the flesh along the length of the fish with a knife; then place it in a deep bowl. Chop the chilies and mix them with the chicken stock, lime juice, and soy sauce. The dominant taste should be sour. Pour the mixture over the fish and place the spring onion cut into lengths and the garlic along side. After the water has begun boiling, place the fish in a steamer and steam over high heat for about 15 minutes. Remove from the steamer and serve hot.
