Serves 4 Persons
Stir-fried Beef with Oyster Sauce / PHAD NUEA NAM MAN HOI
Thin sliced of tender beef 400 gr.
Wheat flour 1 tbsp.
Light soy sauce 2 tbsp.
Cooking oil 3 tbsp.
Chopped garlic 6 cloves
Shiitake mushroom, soaked in water and sliced 3 pcs.
Straw mushrooms 200 gr.
Oyster sauce 4 tbsp.
Sugar 1 tsp.
Pepper 1 tsp.
Spring onion cut into short lengths 2 springs
Red spur chili, sliced 1 each
Marinate the beef slices in a mixture of the flour and light soy sauce.
Place the oil in a wok over medium heat. Fry the garlic until fragrant and then add the shiitake mushroom, and straw mushrooms. When the mushrooms are tender, put in the beef and continue stir-frying until it is done.
Add the oyster sauce, sugar, and pepper, stir to mix well, add the spring onion and spur chili, stir again; then, dip onto a plate and serve right away |
