Serves 4 persons
Stir-fried Chicken with Cashewnuts / GAI PHED MED-MA-MUANG
Sliced chicken breast 300 gr.
Vegetable oil 2 tbsp.
Chopped garlic 1 tbsp.
Freshly roasted cashew nuts 1 cup
Thinly sliced fried dried chilies 1 cup
Small onion, sliced 1 piece
Spring onion, cut into short lengths 1/3 cup
Fish sauce 1 1 tbsp.
Dark soy sauce 1 tbsp.
salt 1 tsp.
Chili, sliced 1 piece
Coriander leaves 4-5 leaves
Heat oil in work over medium heat. Fry the garlic. When it has yellow, add the chicken and cook for 3 minutes, turning regularly. Then, add the cashew nuts, chilies, onion, spring onion, spring onion, fish sauce, dark soy sauce, and salt and cook for 4 minutes. Garnish with the spring onion, chili and coriander leaves.
