RECRUITMENT

With the steady increase of Thai restaurants that has now reached over 10’000 world wide, there is a direct link to the increasing need for Thai cooks and chefs.

Thai Culinary Consultant has developed over the past 10 years a pool of qualified male and female culinary professionals, which are well trained and educated in the special flavorsome Thai cuisine. We are recruiting about 200 thai cooks and chefs every year all over the world

Since it is not easy to find the right chef for the right job, we have developed a system that will help us and you to find the most suitable candidate for your establishment.

We have set up a certification program together with the thai Chefs association and the department of kills development, that are recognized by most European countries as an trustworthy qualification for cooks. Our certifications are fully recognized as well in Australia, New Zealand, many African and all Asian countries.

Once you have contacted us, we will send you a Performa contract, once you have signed them; we will then send you a selection of cooks or chefs, from where you will make your selection. We also have a kitchen for food testing in our company, in case you would like to taste and sample the skills of the chefs you intend to employ later.

If an agreement on a candidate has been reached, an individual employment contract will be agreed between the employer and the employee to a limited period of time.

We will continue to do all the necessary documents that are needed from your respective labour or immigration department to obtain a working visa.

In the meantime you need to get the working contract verified by your local Thai embassy or consulate, in order for the Thai cook / Chef to get an exit Visa for them to work in overseas.

The period to obtain a visa, will take about 2 -3 months depend on the countries were you are intend to employ those Thai cook / Thai chefs.

Costs:

All cost such as travel expenses and visas shall be on the expenses of the employer. The costs of the recruiting fee per employee are 500. - € and are payable before the employee are leaving Thailand: this price also includes the certification fee of the skills test.

Should the employer find his own candidates, we would be able to certify his knowledge and professionalism of the fee of 250. - € and they are payable direct after the certification test.
